When you refer a new tenant to Method Spaces, you could get up to £2,000 off your rent, and your referral gets £100 off their first month.

Terms and Conditions for Tenant Referral:

1. Referral Submission:

• Referrals must be submitted in online form with the name and contact details of the referred person.
• The referral must be made before the referee individual signs a lease or rental agreement.
  

2. New Tenant Qualification:

• The referred tenant must sign a lease agreement for a minimum duration of 1 year
• The referee tenant must pass all standard background checks, including credit, rental history, and criminal background checks.
  

3. Referral Reward:

• The referrer will get up to 2000 pounds for referring a tenant
• It will be 5% off from their annual rent. Deduct this after receiving the 2nd monthly rent payment of the referee tenant
• The referee will get 100 pounds off for their first month
  

4. Non-Transferable:

• The referral reward is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• The reward will be provided only to the original referring individual and is not transferable to other parties.
  

5. Limitations:

• Referrals that result in the tenant signing a short-term lease (e.g., less than 6 months) may not qualify for a reward.
  

6. Exclusions:

• Referrals that involve current applicants or tenants who have previously inquired about the building will not be eligible.

7. Reward Disqualification:

• If the referred tenant cancels their lease within the first 30 days, the referral reward will be voided.
• If the referring tenant is found to have provided false information regarding the referral, they will be disqualified from receiving any rewards.
  

8. Changes to Program:

• The management reserves the right to alter, modify, or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.
  

9. Program Termination:

• Referral rewards may not be applicable if the referral program is terminated before the referred tenant's move-in date or reward payout.
